Chromecast Option in Opera

I don't see chromecast option in opera for Windows. Also nothing in settings. I know I can change the locale to from US to UK and the setting will show up. But why this feature is yet not enabled by default in all regions? What is the official response of Opera team regarding this?

As far as I know it's due to license limitation.

But all need to pay think cable + flash 40$ not sure in real
see that must instal opera developer
and do that  if that work be fine have a good fun
